How I work:

I am a therapeutic coach dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful change, overcome challenges, and build a life of balance and fulfilment.

My practice is centred around the Fusion Coaching Model, an integrative framework that blends evidence-based techniques with holistic approaches to foster self-awareness, resilience, and long-term transformation.

A key part of my work involves the Fusion Happiness Recipe, a structured approach that helps clients visualize their goals and develop a mindset conducive to lasting happiness. I incorporate SMART objectives to break down complex challenges into achievable steps, empowering clients to take clear and purposeful action toward their aspirations.

Understanding how the mind and body respond to stress is essential for personal growth. That’s why I integrate poly vagal nerve theory, visualization techniques, and the Life Wheel to help clients regulate their emotions, identify imbalances, and set meaningful priorities. I also use pattern-matching techniques and the Negative Automatic Thoughts System (NATS) to uncover unhelpful thought patterns and rewire the brain for healthier emotional responses. Through free talking and deep self-exploration, clients gain unexpected insights that lead to powerful breakthroughs.

In addition to the Fusion Coaching Model, I incorporate the Enneagram, a profound personality framework that helps clients uncover their core motivations, fears, and desires, paving the way for deeper self-awareness and stronger relationships.

For clients recovering from addiction, I draw upon Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which fosters self-compassion and internal alignment by harmonizing different parts of the self. My master’s degree in Addiction and Substance Misuse, coupled with years of experience working with individuals in recovery, has equipped me with a deep understanding of addiction and effective strategies for lasting change.

My approach is personalized, holistic, and deeply compassionate. Whether you're navigating stress, working through past trauma, or striving for personal development, I provide a supportive space for growth, healing, and transformation.
